STRATUS WHITE 2018
The flagship white of Stratus, vibrant nose of green apple, passion fruit, toasted vanilla notes. An assemblage of sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, sémillon, viognier and gewürztraminer.
STRATUS CABERNET FRANC 2019
The 2019 cabernet franc has fruit forward notes of blackberry and cassis intermingled with menthol, tobacco, leather and baking spices. Kissed by new oak, followed by two years in neutral barrels to round out the wine. True Niagara.
